Version 2.0 — 22 July 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to the TicketPlan application, website and related services (together, the Service) provided by TicketPlan.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You also confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy provides information and does not constitute blanket consent as the legal basis for all processing of personal data.
2.1 The User provides accurate, current and complete account information and keeps login credentials confidential.
2.2 During registration, the User actively selects an unticked checkbox to agree to the current Terms and confirm that the current Privacy Policy has been read.
2.3 TicketPlan records the date, time and versions of both documents to demonstrate acceptance and acknowledgement.
2.4 Where consent is required for optional processing, TicketPlan requests it separately. Refusing or withdrawing it does not affect features for which that processing is unnecessary.
2.5 The Service is intended exclusively for persons aged 16 or older. By creating an Account, the User declares that they are at least 16 years old. TicketPlan does not independently verify age or identity during registration and may request additional confirmation or restrict or terminate the Account where there is reasonable doubt.
3.1 TicketPlan helps Users store and retrieve Tickets, deliberately share individual Admission Tickets with Friends, and see which visible Events accepted Friends are attending.
3.2 TicketPlan does not sell tickets, broker purchases or resales, and is not an organiser or ticket provider.
3.3 TicketPlan aims to provide reliable availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3.4 The User keeps the original Ticket outside TicketPlan and remains responsible for having a valid admission document available on time.
4.1 A User can upload a Ticket, share it from another app, or forward it to a personal TicketPlan email address.
4.2 TicketPlan uses automated processing to recognise Event information and individual Admission Tickets. Substantive ticket processing takes place locally on TicketPlan's own infrastructure in the Netherlands. Ticket content is not sent to external AI providers or other external processors for this purpose.
4.3 Recognition may be incomplete or incorrect. The User checks extracted information and corrects it where necessary.
4.4 TicketPlan does not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based on this recognition.
5.1 The User only adds or shares Content when authorised and in possession of all necessary rights, authority and permissions.
5.2 The User warrants that the Content and its addition, processing, storage, display and sharing do not infringe copyright, trade marks, privacy or other third-party rights, are not unlawful, and comply with applicable terms of the ticket provider or organiser.
5.3 Unauthorised resale, duplication, distribution, falsification and fraudulent use of Tickets or Admission Tickets are prohibited.
5.4 For the duration of the Service, the User grants TicketPlan a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable and limited right to host, store, technically copy, secure, process, extract, reproduce and display Content, solely as necessary to provide the Service to the User and deliberately designated recipients, secure the Service and comply with legal obligations.
5.5 TicketPlan does not acquire ownership of Content and does not use Ticket content for advertising, sale to third parties, or training external or general AI models.
5.6 TicketPlan may block, restrict or remove Content reasonably suspected to be unlawful, infringing or fraudulent and will inform the User where appropriate.
5.7 Rights holders can submit a substantiated notice to privacy@ticketplan.nl or through the contact page, identifying the Content, right concerned, reason and contact details.
6.1 A Ticket may contain another person's data, such as a name, email address, customer number or personal admission code.
6.2 The User only adds or shares such data where necessary for lawful ticket management and where authorised or otherwise supported by a valid legal basis.
6.3 The User limits data to what is necessary and informs the other person about processing, for example by referring them to the Privacy Policy, unless a legal exception applies.
6.4 Special-category or otherwise sensitive personal data of third parties must not be added unless strictly necessary, lawful and appropriately protected.
6.5 This does not limit TicketPlan's own GDPR obligations. Data subjects may exercise their rights directly with TicketPlan.
7.1 A User may deliberately assign one Admission Ticket to one Friend and is responsible for selecting the intended recipient.
7.2 The selected Friend receives the necessary Ticket information and admission code. Users should only share with someone they trust.
7.3 Making an Event visible is not the same as sharing an Admission Ticket. Accepted Friends only see the configured Event information. The Admission Ticket and code remain private until the owner deliberately shares an individual Admission Ticket.
7.4 The User remains responsible for any transfer, personalisation and admission conditions of the organiser or ticket provider.
8.1 TicketPlan processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
8.2 TicketPlan applies appropriate technical and organisational measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
9.1 TicketPlan offers Standard and Premium. Current features and prices are shown in the app and relevant app store before purchase.
9.2 New Users may receive a free 60-day Premium period. It begins at registration and ends automatically. Without an active paid or granted Premium subscription, the Account continues as Standard without charge.
9.3 Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and RevenueCat. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are also governed by the relevant app-store terms.
9.4 Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the app store. Premium remains available until the end of the paid period.
9.5 When Premium ends, the Account returns to Standard.
9.6 A User aged 16 or 17 may only purchase a paid subscription with the prior permission of their parent or legal guardian, unless the User is legally permitted to make that purchase independently under applicable law. The User must be able to demonstrate this permission upon request.
10.1 Intellectual-property rights in the Service, including software, design, text and trade marks, belong to TicketPlan or its licensors.
10.2 The User receives only a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service under these Terms.
11.1 Users may delete their Account through account settings.
11.2 TicketPlan may restrict or block an Account or feature in case of security risks, fraud, unlawful use, or a serious or repeated breach.
11.3 Account deletion ends the right to use Content, except where temporary retention is necessary for system logs, security incidents, disputes or legal obligations. See the Privacy Policy for retention periods.
12.1 TicketPlan is not the issuer, seller or organiser of Tickets and does not guarantee validity, transferability or acceptance.
12.2 To the extent permitted by law, TicketPlan is not liable for damage arising from temporary unavailability, data loss, recognition errors reasonably checkable by the User, misuse of shared Admission Tickets, third-party conduct or unlawful use.
12.3 If TicketPlan is nevertheless liable, total liability is limited to the amount the User paid for the Service during the preceding twelve months, or €50 for free use.
12.4 These limitations do not apply where mandatory law prohibits limitation, including intentional misconduct or deliberate recklessness by TicketPlan. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
TicketPlan is not liable for failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including power or network outages, data-centre failures, cyberattacks, fire, flooding, government action or app-store failures.
14.1 Material changes are normally announced through the Service or by email at least 30 days in advance, unless law, security or an urgent technical reason requires a shorter period.
14.2 TicketPlan may ask Users to accept material changes again. A User who disagrees may stop using the Service and delete the Account before the effective date.
15.1 Dutch law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protection.
15.2 Complaints should preferably first be discussed with TicketPlan. Disputes may be submitted to the court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
