Store and organise PDF tickets

TicketPlan lets you add PDF tickets to one overview. The app tries to recognise the event name, date, time and venue; you review the result and complete anything that is missing.

Import tickets from email

Forward a booking confirmation from the email address on your TicketPlan account to your personal TicketPlan address. The service processes PDF attachments and tries to extract useful details from the confirmation.

Share tickets with friends

You can share an admission ticket with an accepted friend in TicketPlan. The recipient first receives an invitation and only sees the actual admission ticket after accepting it.

How does TicketPlan work?

TicketPlan is a mobile app for storing event tickets, reviewing ticket details and managing plans with friends. You add a PDF or ticket email; TicketPlan processes it and puts the result in your personal overview.

Supported ticket formats and limitations

For direct uploads, TicketPlan supports PDF files. Via email, TicketPlan can also process a ticket email with a PDF attachment or useful booking details. Other standalone file formats cannot be uploaded directly.

Ticket privacy, barcodes and visibility

For each ticket, you choose whether the event is visible only to you or also to friends. The admission ticket and barcode remain private until you deliberately share an individual admission ticket and the recipient accepts it.

Pricing: Standard and Premium

TicketPlan is free to download for Android and iPhone and offers a free Standard subscription and a paid Premium subscription. Current monthly and annual prices are shown by Google Play and the App Store and may vary by country or over time.

What to do when ticket import fails

Missing details usually do not mean your ticket is gone. First check Complete information, verify the file or email sender and manually complete recognised details when needed.
