Ticket privacy, barcodes and visibility
For each ticket, you choose whether the event is visible only to you or also to friends. The admission ticket and barcode remain private until you deliberately share an individual admission ticket and the recipient accepts it.
Making an event visible
Only you keeps the event private. Friends lets accepted friends see that you are attending. Set a default under Account > Privacy & visibility and change it for individual tickets when needed.
Barcode and admission ticket
- Event visibility does not share the barcode or admission ticket.
- For a sharing invitation, the recipient initially sees only basic details.
- The shared admission ticket becomes visible only after the recipient accepts.
- The owner can revoke a shared admission ticket later.
Data and account deletion
The privacy policy explains which data TicketPlan processes and why. You can delete your account and related data from the app or submit a request using the documented deletion procedure.
