General
TicketPlan helps you manage tickets and events and make plans with friends. You can upload tickets, share them, make them visible to friends, and organize events together.
TicketPlan supports Dutch and English. You can change the language under Account > Theme and language.
Uploading tickets
You can add a ticket in several ways:
- Through the app using the plus button at the top.
- By sharing a PDF from any PDF viewer on your phone.
- By forwarding a reservation confirmation email containing a download link to your personal TicketPlan email address.
After uploading, TicketPlan automatically processes the ticket. It analyzes the PDF or email and tries to identify details such as the date, location, and event name. This may take a few moments, depending on the file.
Yes. You can safely close the app while TicketPlan processes your ticket.
Yes. You will receive a notification as soon as the ticket has been fully processed and added.
If TicketPlan cannot find information such as the event name, date, or location, you will receive a notification.
When you share a ticket:
1. The recipient receives an invitation.
2. The ticket gets the status “Invited”.
3. The recipient can accept or decline the invitation.
After the invitation is accepted, the status changes to “Accepted”. If the recipient declines, you can share the ticket with someone else.
If your friend has not yet accepted the ticket, the following information is visible:
- Ticket name.
- Start/end date.
- Start/end time.
- Notes.
The admission ticket itself is shown only after your friend accepts the ticket.
The user who uploads the ticket automatically becomes the owner.
Only the ticket owner can edit the ticket details. Changes made by the owner to the ticket fields are automatically updated for the recipient as well, including changes to the ticket image. This does not apply to visibility settings. The recipient can adjust the visibility of the shared ticket for themselves.
Yes. The owner can revoke a shared ticket by tapping the cancel icon on the shared ticket. The recipient can later decline the ticket by tapping the trash icon in Ticket Details.
